Refund Policy

This policy explains when a transaction or settled wager may be reviewed and what information is required to investigate a refund request.

1

Transaction finality

Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible once broadcast or confirmed. We cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address, unsupported asset, or incompatible network.

Accepted wagers and correctly settled game rounds are final and are not refundable because the outcome was unfavorable or a user changed their mind.

2

Issues eligible for review

We will review credible reports of duplicate processing, an incorrect platform credit or debit, a confirmed settlement error, or a transaction that failed because of a platform-controlled technical issue.

A review does not guarantee a refund. Network fees, exchange-rate movement, third-party charges, and transactions outside our control are normally excluded.

3

Bonuses and promotional funds

Bonuses, free rewards, and promotional balances have no refundable cash value unless their specific terms state otherwise. Reversed deposits may also reverse related bonuses, winnings, or progress.

4

Requesting a review

Contact support as soon as possible and include your account identifier, transaction or bet ID, asset and network, amount, wallet address, transaction hash, date, and a clear description of the issue.

Do not submit a second transaction to correct a suspected issue until support has reviewed the first one.

5

Review outcome

We may request additional verification and will use platform, provider, and blockchain records to determine the result. Any approved correction is returned to the account balance or another available method selected by the operator.

6

Chargebacks and disputes

Contact support before initiating a payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restriction, reversal of related funds, and recovery action where permitted.
